Well, 36 now and hopefully a lot wiser.
Looks like I am on track for leaving town at the end of August or, at the latest, the end of September.

BACK TO SEATTLE!

been away too long....

I am getting over a hell of an inner ear infection. Went to the Doctor today and have fluid in both ears and both were infected. Wanted to know about this didn't you? So, I got some anti-biotics and Claritin-D for decongesting my nasals and hopefully that will clear/clean things up. Got to get out of this pollen pit first though!

Chattanooga has been one hell of a bust. Seen some good friends and have some good dinners but as far as jobs and social life go....NOT!

Anyway, got my finances under control and am doing some work and I'm leaving soon so what the hey!

Made some good progress spiritually since I have been here. Discovered some good truths and solved some personality puzzles and quited down a bit. Life is good. I was going to apply to the province of Our Lady of Consolation this month but they wanted me to put it off for a number of reasons. I doubt now that I will. It just doesn't seem to be where God wants me to be.

The best thing was being able to visit with my Dad and brother and get to know them better. Since I hope I won't be back here except to visit, this time was well spent. Never say never though. I have had to spend a lot of money on suits, shirts, etc. in order to get back in to the Corp. scene. Crap. What a miserable uniform eh? What uniforo you have to wear? Let me know!

The plan is to get back to Washington with some intel on where the jobs in Boeing are, or are going to be. Then move to be central to either Everett or Renton, although that will be a drive! That is about Issaquah! I am hoping to live near Mt. Vernon althought that is an hour from Everett. We'll see. Regardless, I should be able to do some temp work until I get back with Boeing. Since they are advertising my old job at their web site, I am hoping for the best. Maybe Microsoft for a while although I wouldn't want to work there unless conditions have improved in the last four years. Microdoom.......yech.

Well, got to go write the July column. If you have any thoughts for August's column let me know.

Pax et Bonum!
