Long time. Been riding the bike and relaxing and getting my colon in shape :) Had the colonoscopy last week and he found four or five small diverticulii and a clean colon otherwise. As long as I eat right and exercise. Course I still eat poorly ack.
I have been able to take some good rides lately and that rules. I didn't make it to Banff this summer yet and I start a new contract this week or early next. So it looks like that is out for now. Maybe later in the summer. I'm feeling strong now and think it is doable. Sides the way I travel, who knows who could go with me?
What's On My Mind
Starting a new contract soon. Will be good to have a steady income source so I can concentrate on paying off my MasterCard bill. Ack!!!
