Man what a couple of last days these have been! What with getting my furniture, belongings and all the other sundry things you need to set up housekeeping, I have been going nuts.

This apartment is a cubbyhole of a studio so I don't have much walking around room. I also live about 30 feet from a six-lane main drag so the noise is a constant. I'm already beginning to get used to it and tune it out. The new car (a Suzuki X-90) is running fine ( it better! ) so I don't have any worries there. I am still waiting for the offer letter from Boeing. Probably next week sometime. RATS. Teaches patience I guess.

The apartment warms up very fast with the 'puter on along with the lights. I may not even need to turn on the heat this winter if this keeps up. Very well insulated.

The Everett area does not have any local numbers for ATT or Concentric so I had to sign up with Netcom. Only I am still paying Concentric $20 a month for my web site/access and now I'm paying Netcom. Additionally, I can't keep a connection at times. Sometimes I can stay on for over an hour and others I log on and it dies right away. Can't figger it out. Got any suggestions?

Site maintenance needs to be done. I have a column to write and need to get this posted so I will sign off.

Be cool.
