Aakkk! December! Where did the time go?!
Feeling good today. The zoloft is throwing it's weight around by messing up my sleep. Went to sleep early last night and woke up, then slept, then...anyway, it's supposed to diminish over time. Skin does seem sensitive to soap.
Yesterday was great. I was tired when I got up but not crushingly so....due to sleep problems (see above). Drove to Oly which is an hour and a half south, helped a friend move, then drove home. By the time I got home at three, I was smoked. But just tired. Not over-extended or feeling like I'd just moved a mountain. Anyway, to try to keep my sleep patterns regular, I made myself stay up. The point being, I made it through without feeling like the world was ending. No crushing weariness. No negative thoughts. Well, at least if a negative one comes wandering through, it does just that. Wanders through..and then LEAVES. Hooray!
If you are reading this and feeling uncomfortable or wondering how I can put such things up on the web, free your mind. The mind is another organ, just like your heart. It's only attittudes that make people reticent to talk about it. Therapy is like this: Can a person who needs a quadruple bypass perform their own surgery? :-)
I also had the action of Zoloft wrong. It does not inhibit the brains use of Serotonin, it really inhibits absorption (as in metabolizing) so that more is available to the brain. Big difference.
Got to do some work on a non-profits site I setup this spring. It's needed updating for about three months... :-( And the bills have to be paid today which is cool. I've never had this negative thing about bills. Usually cause I'm persuing the bill and either remembering all the good things the charges represent or sitting open-mouthed at how much I spent....always entertaining. :-) Rent=shelter so I don't begrudge that. Power=heat/cool which is always good. Car=freedom.
Which reminds me that I need to run the rent payment down to the office today.
