I'm sitting here buck stark naked except for my Mozilla boxers. With a fan playing over my back and my Buddha Belly sticking out. So it goes. Cleaned my contact lenses yesterday in CibaVision AO-Sept system and they felt great all day. A little scratchy now that I've been wearing them all day and napped in them, but that's okay. I know I should clean them more often, but I'm too lazy.

Damn!!!!! I'm hungry as hell!!! I've been spanking the plank all day and haven't had nary a thing to eat 'cept for Starburst Jelly Beans. Hey!!! Get your mind out of the gutter!!! I meant playing my guitar you oafs!!!!! What did you think I meant??!!?? Nasty..... Going off to set the pot boiling so I can make some pasta...
**** - That's done...now to wait for my little Physics experiment to come to boil.

Crashes!!!!! Shitloads of crashes for over a year and a half!!!!! And I'm sick of them!!!!! And I know who/what the culprit is now!!!!! It's my motherf*****g GlobalVillage modem software and modem!!!! I've long suspected that it was the reason that my system(s) have been unstable or went unstable but could never prove it!! Now that I have FreePPP 2.5v3 and Ricochet's SW running (for over 5 hours connected) and yesterday's and today's experience to bear me out, I can now say that Global Village SW is a crash enabler of the first order!!!! Assholes!!! Piece of garbage SW and hardware!! I've known/suspected that their hardware and SW was not good but now that I can prove it, it makes all those reboots, PRAM Zaps and installs all the more maddening than they were at the time. Glad I'm shut of them.

It's now Labor Day of 1997. I've been alive for over 37 years and I'm happy to be here! I've got my meds and a new outlook on life and things are good. I'm happy to be alone, happy to be alive and happy. Ain't that enough? Got Enya (Watermark) on the CD and I'm not bumming. Just checked the Pasta. I found out I'm almost out of Parmesan. Maybe tonight, when the crowds are down, I'll scurry into StockMarket Foods and get what I need and scurry home again. The old tummy needs some good nutrition. It also needs some exercise or a Home Liposuction Kit. Like .... now.

Aaaahhhhhh!!! Mmmmmmmm...... Got my Pasta..... And the good thing is that no lives were lost nor were any animals injured in the making of this Angel Hair delight!!!!! I am so glad I got a strainer on Friday!!! Just boiled it up, plopped it into the strainer, shook it a few times (a motion with which I'm already familiar) and plopped it on the plate.

I am Missing Miami Vice. I really loved that show. It was too cool. Now I just need to get my TV repaired, get the cable hooked back up, and I'll be in business. I think Lifetime still shows it. Anyone know?


 

What's On My Mind


Paying Maggy for the site she created for me. I have my first payment ready for her.

Got the Pasta in the boiling water and oil added. Found out I'm almost out of Margarine but thankfully not Parmesan. Got to go shopping sometime soon. I'm down to Milk, cereal and some Pasta sauce. Which, come to think of it, is where I'm usually at.

Orinoco Flow. Good Tuneage. "Ross and his dependancies". "On the shore of Tripoli". My callouses are not up to speed. Haven't played in so long that my fingers are shredding at the fingertips and peeling off. It's not painful but it does mean that I haven't been playing near enough. I tried to find the lead guitarist to the group I used to play in but directory assistance had no record of him. Rats. He's a good joe and I would like to go riding with him. He likes Harley Sportsters (at least the last time I spoke with him), which was about four years ago.

I have sunk so low as to actually be drinking Bud Ice™ beer. Yech. I'm so hungry I'm shaking as I consume mty noodle feast. I should have been born in Asia. I'm a noodle-hound. Or maybe I was switched at birth with Don Coreleone's youngest. Who knows.

Bean running tcpConnect4™ for over 5 hours now and been connected to Ricochet for longer than that and no crashes, no slow CPU and, and,.... nothing!!! Fishheads on Global Village!!!!

It is too laugh....
